My works are digital images using cigarettes, lungs, and figures as elements to design imagery focused around addiction. Discordant colors are used to make the pieces harsher and have that harshness play in the eyes of the viewers. The coloring also implies the objects and figures' threat. Repetition is continually used to express the ritualistic aspects of addiction and perspective is employed in these patterns to bolster the effects of the design elements. Later pieces focus on the figures and the emotions behind continually abusing substances.
